Please note the following:
Our embroidery is made by a real person – therefore, each item will have it's own personality within the parameters of our embroidery design. Please allow 5 – 7 business days, in the order in which it was received, to complete and ship out. If there are multiple items in your cart, we will send all together to avoid extra CO2. Our fabric is super soft, so we opted for a lighter thread weight on the tees than the sweatshirts. Because our embroidery is custom, all sales are final. Please double check out size guide to ensure your perfect fit. When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up. All embroidery will be placed around the collar of the garment, as shown, with a maximum of 12 characters – including spaces. For best results, we recommend hand washing in cold and lay flat to dry. At checkout, your embroidery text and thread color will appear in your cart. By completing checkout, you agree all information is correct and ready to proceed.
