We ship internationally! However, because patience pays off for our planet, we don’t expedite shipping - cutting down on extra emissions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will also receive another email notifying you of delivery.

US Shipping
We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders.

Typically, you will receive your order within 3 - 5 business days. For purchases delivered to Hawaii and Alaska, allow 5 - 7 business days. 

US Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment within 2 - 3 business days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days depending on your method of payment.

Shipping on all returns and exchanges are free!

Please return all garments in the original protective compostable garment bag and recyclable shipping mailer. We will recycle and compost all used packaging.

US Exchanges
Not quite right? We're happy to help you find your perfect fit. At the moment, we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size or color. How it works: In the returns portal, select the exchange option. In the comments section, let us know your preferred exchange. We will notify you if the item is or is not in-stock. International Shipping
We offer International shipping through UPS, USPS or DHL. All orders should be delivered within 10 business days.

We offer free standard international shipping on orders over $250, but duties and fees still apply.

A flat shipping rate of $25 will be applied to all orders under $250, but duties and fees still apply. 

All orders and offers are processed in USD.

Duties and Fees
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the items ordered and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by the destination country.

Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase.

If the package is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and any taxes/fees that may incur - this amount will be deducted from the order refund.

We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We can provide a shipping label but the label cost will be deducted from the refund. We also do not refund duties or customs on any order. The Standard Stitch is not held responsible if your package is lost in transit.
